Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activity that is not allowed on the Root Telemarketing platform (the "Service"). It's part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Place robocalls or use prerecorded/artificial voice messages without the consent required by law.
- Spoof caller ID information to mislead or defraud call recipients.
- Call or text numbers on a Do Not Call registry or a recipient's own opt-out/suppression list, or bypass the Service's Do Not Call tools.
- Engage in telemarketing fraud, phishing, "vishing," or any scheme intended to deceive call recipients.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person you contact through the Service.
- Send unsolicited bulk calls or messages ("spam") in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the underlying telephony network, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written agreement.
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or account suspension mechanisms.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Violate the acceptable use or messaging policies of our underlying carriers (including Twilio).
3. Consequences
Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, and may result in forfeiture of remaining wallet balance where the violation caused us cost or liability. Where required by law, we may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you believe an account is being used to violate this policy, contact sale@test11.dataposting.online.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action we consider appropriate, including temporary suspension while an investigation is underway.
